Not really the case with a plate boat which would be the only alloy option considered.bowl wrote:

Didnt you get clears like 2 years ago?frozenpod wrote:Just required maintenance. New brakes, springs plus mounting hard ware, axles, new tyres and new carpet for the bunks on the trailer.smile0784 wrote:What you been doing toit nowfrozenpod wrote:Also keep in mind the bigger the boat the more ongoing costs to maintain it.
The 650F has had 15k spent on it in the last 12 months which should keep it going perfectly for another few years.
New sounder, batteries x 3, new set of clears, new deck wash pump, new trim tabs ect.
It adds up quick.

5 years ago, they don't last much longer than that.smile0784 wrote:Didnt you get clears like 2 years ago?frozenpod wrote:Just required maintenance. 600F is a small 6m boat. They handle and ride well but they are touch small for the size rating.bowl wrote:Something like thus
Also fitted with a 2 stroke (nothing wrong with a 2 stroke IMO) although the OP was pretty clear on wanting a 4 stroke.
I prefer the 575 which has a self draining deck.

4 ppl =1/4 share for running costs. Fuel car and boat oil, bait, accommodation, bait and shared food. About $150 a day ish.
Practicaly the same when fishing locally but cost are bit lower to cover fuel bait and oil about $40 a day if 2 or 4 people fishing.

I'd never go back to a 2 stroke after owning my current Suzukifrozenpod wrote:600F is a small 6m boat. They handle and ride well but they are touch small for the size rating.bowl wrote:Something like thus
