Any other means is pure aquatic abuse !
I'd put my wife out side with a cover on her before my boat would suffer such humility !

In the perfect world i would agree but my boat now is 3.5 mt high from ground to top of rocket launchers so needs a super high car port but she does sit behing secutity gate with a travel cover and then a cover over whole boat.

Just wondering if its worth building in a couples of scuppers to help keep water out of the boat.

Yamaha and zuk 2 strokes were always a bit nicer and quiter than Evinrude/Johnson and Mercs.
But nothing will ever beat the sound and smell of a 135hp+ V6 black max Mercury on its first start in 3 weeks at 4am. That eye watering gorgeous cloud of blue smoke, that deep rumble and spitting sound out of the exhaust, that horrifically violent shake, the roar of thunder that travelled for miles as the throttle was smashed to sunset.

They were never the same once they dropped that time honoured box shape
That was like reading a masculine '50 shades of grey'....how good is the smell of 2-stroke in the morning

Yet it was still probably quieter than an opti.
