Tuff anchor winches Victoria

Post by Stagey » Sun May 06, 2018 7:18 pm

Good evening all
I'm a newy to this site name is Stagey I thought I would share my experience with Tuff drum winches I purchased a TW200 drum winch from the boys at Tuff winches sunshine
Darren and his staff were very helpful and when I got the winch home I could not make it fit my anchor well I have a 16 ft 81 model Yalta half cabin
I spoke to Darren and they with out any hesitation swapped me a TW 180 it arrived I. Queensland 2 days. Later fitted it to my boat and was perfect I had the winch close to 1.5 years a few months ago I noticed a funny noise coming from the winch and noticed it wobbling
I contacted Darren and he asked me to send down a video Which I did he then advised me to send it back he repaired the winch and made a new drum and sent it back I am very impressed with tuff winches Darren and boys make a fantastic product with all good quality product there service and help and support are beyond compare I've been around for over 65 years and a service like this is far a few between I have read a few reviews from other people about tuff winches and there reviews were a bit far fetched I will always support tuff winches they have well and truly looked after this old bugger cheers
