I had it on one of my boat trailers, worked well, I nose the boat up to it, line up the boat straight and power up the trailer, beats winching it up.

I put a set on my 1st boat a 4.8 mt half cab but I only used it to help me guide it on as I winched it on when I was by myself. Never tried to drive it on

Perfectly fine if you ease on the throttle. Only problems happen when people come in at 5 knots, smash into the trailer then mash the throttle, eventually doing that the springs in the rollers snap

Bowl, the other thing to consider is that the trailer has nothing to help you if you miss the rollers with the bow further up the trailer. Drive-ons of that configuration should really have the guides shown in the bottom of below photo above the cross members on each side of the centre rollers (photo chosen randomly from internet...ignore all the rollers shown). The second cross member and roller bracket from the back on yours would be the most likely candidate for making a mess of your hull every time you miss and you could easily miss that one and not know until the damage is done.

They're cheap, easy to install and make it so much easier....especially solo. Literally drive it up with your eyes closed.

Cheers,

Ian

*edit: have just realised that the photo is not your trailer.....I retract all above comment unless your trailer is similarly configured.

You could always make some if you have your own thoughts.

hey bowl, I've seen the rollers work well for self aligning, I've set mine up with the fixed skids & a pin for the bow. All help with the alignment.

I have a set of these
