Are kill tanks worth it?

We have one in the 650F, it is insulated and seemed like a good idea but these days never use it other than to store 3 x 20lt jerries with extra fuel.

I would rather have a bigger petrol tank than the kill tank.

We came back yesterday from a fishing trip up the coast and didn't use the kill tank once, eski was used every day.

They fill up with crap are hard to clean, and awkward to use keep in mind you need to get on your hands and knees to get fish out of them and often to put fish in them.
