Easy fix use the boat more often or start it up if it hasn't been used in awhile.

I start the boat up every 10 day or so

Until some landbased tossa comes along and tells you 6.5kg is only a pup. You should be regularly pulling in 20kg models, if you have a boat :a_goodjob:
