Thats a good budget for a Trolling motor.
you can get a motorguide xi5 for that price and it has spot lock as well, i have one and i highly recommend them
also dont forget the wiring and batteries. and the amout of weight they add to the boat.
trolling motor and battery can easily weigh in 50kg plus category.
a 55lb sized motor with a 54inch shaft is usually a good size for a boat that size (under 5m)

as always do your research and buy what suits your needs.

ive got a watersnake on my little punt that I use for cod fishing and its off lesser quality its still good also

if your pushing a big boat the battery goes quick though.
