Hi Everyone,
Seeking a bit of advice. On my side clears (and not doubt not dissimilar to every one else) I have a small round pad stuck to the clear to protect the clear from the adjacent screw on the bimini. For whatever reason, this year in the heat, the glue decided it wanted to melt and the little pads dropped off. I tried a few times to press them back but had no success.
So my question is what glue should I use to stick them back on. I am a little cautious on using something like super glue as I do not know if it would end up melting the clears. Does anyone have any advice for me.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Terry.

Clears are normally Vynl. I would ask someone like clark rubber or a trimmer who makes canopies.

Yeah, I agree with frozen here ask the question.
I use the non acetic silicones every day, plastic and vynls are tricky getting adhesion and even though its classed as no acetic, it will eat into some products,, I would advise it checked out first as a sample test.
I would have thought a clear adhesive patch would have been the go, rather than trying to glue something........
