Have you got enough room to mount something on the top left of the dash where you have that flat ledge? You could possibly wedge a sounder in there if the angle of the windscreen isn't to much (looks like it might be).

I wouldn't mound a sounder on the other side, if you are using it like you should then you will wan't it front of view so you can see it without a hassle.

There looks to be a flat section behind the steering wheel. You can probably mount a sounder there.

You don't need the speedo so if the sounder covers it up no biggie.

As pod said. Flat section behind the wheel and surface mount it there?

move the speedo next to the tacho and install bigger sounder where the speedo used to be.you will need to fill in the holes though, but looks like your going to have to do it regardless.

or use a ram mount bracket on the top and have the sounder hanging off it.

if you buy the lowrance units the bigger models have the slimline bracket which will almost fit anywhere in that dash.

you also have the flat section on the front of the gauges just above the radio to play with

Remove Radio and mount on Left hand side / Make New Facia to cover opening left by removing Radio and Mount 2 Round Gauges in place of Radio.
Make new facia to cover entire area where 2 Round Gauges and Navman were mounted.
Mount Navman as far Left as you can - Use remaining area to mount whatever will fit
Make new Facias from Nylon Cutting Board / Silicone and stainless screw / bolt in place

Remember - Measure Twice / Cut once

Before you do any Measure and Cut, make dummy Facias out of cardboard and play around with Gauge locations to make sure you are happy with where you propose to fit them // Trace around gauges on cardboard to simulate gauge positions and visibility.

Get the biggest sounder you can afford

Dont cut into the boat.....mount it off the bracket

When you driving along you will get to love the big screen

If you have to cut.....dont do it after 10 beers.
