What is black collar called on bait board legs that fits into rod holder

Hi just wondering what the black part is called that is found on the legs of bait boards and snapper racks that fit into the rod holders and hold the pole in position. Or where to get a replacement. Thanks

I think they're just called sleeves.

Probably be able to get them from any bait board maker or a marine chandler.
