Head out the back of Williamstown , the football ground as a guide & soak some Pilchards for the chance of a early season Snapper . Good luck mate , be sure to have fun . ;)

While in the Yarra , you can only go a little faster than walking pace . so once you clear the Yarra , go full throttle . possibly fish out from the back of the Breakwater pier Williamstown "rock wall" , or go flathead drifting . ;)

Depends on how fast the boat goes ? if its 8hp , then its slow , so it could take 1hr + ??

Sport Fishing Australia the spring edition has an article about catching reds in the area that you are picking your boat up in.

Haven't read the article because I don't fish there.

I hope they will give you a good tutorial on how to handle your boat, which side to drive e.t.c
Be careful and have fun. Would not hurt if you chuck a soft plastic there as well or drift it :thumbsup:
