Lowrance gps/sonar installer

Hi all
I'm in process of buying a lowrance elite7 ti with totalscan and I would like to know if anyone can recommend an experienced fitter/installer.
I am located in the northern suburbs in Bundoora.

How do people go finding quality workmanship from reputable dealers? Not **** canning the industry but there’s some rough work done by so called professional outfits.

Biggest hurdle is coming to grips with taking to your boat with a spade bit... unless you can run the transducer lead over the transom then you don’t even need to drill holes

I can relate to that and will have to do it again soon, Tis a nervous time if you haven't done it before.
One thing I've decided, is to go with that epoxy system and not drill any holes into my new transom.
I don't know whether everyone's seen it, rather than using Urathane, which can and has failed, this guy sells the special bait board type material
with a kit including a two part epoxy instead of Urathane, looks pretty fail safe and the different size blocks give you plenty of adjustment room for the
tranny. He's been selling it for quite a few years in the States. It makes it pretty easy for those that have never used Epoxy, along with all the instructional info.
I'm Determined to put the least amount of holes in my new transom, if any, as I can........

Is there a already a combo on the boat and can you run the cables threw the same whole instead of drilling a new one

Also be disconnecting n connecting power cords will be easy if there is a existing sounder.

I fitted garmin 7 inch to my boat,instead of drilling holes into dash, I used silicone for my bracke ( silicone just in case I wanted to move it ,,_,_)...a year later bracket for sounder was still silconed on n had not moved at all...
