Another trip to mordialloc pier

Post by Enver » Tue Sep 03, 2013 10:14 am

Hello everyone, planning another trip mordialloc pier on Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning to chase pinkies & garfish. I know they are predicting showers at times so my fishing isn't keen to go. So I'm looking for a fishing buddy to come along. I've got plenty of bait so all you need is your own fishing gear. Hope to meet some members of the forum.

Mate,

Even if you cant get anyone to go with you, there will be plenty of people on the pier you can talk to.

Is Pompi's / Allnutt yellow hire boats still around on the opposite side of the creek ?
Was accessed by crossing the bridge (from Melbourne side), and turning right into the pub turn off, follow road to the end (don't turn into the pub), right at the end again (Bowman Street) , was right down the end , No 1.
My mate Marcus Allnutt's parents live in the big white house opposite it (They do boat repairs and slip hire from there).

Anyway , I know Blueline boat hire closed down , and became Bluey's boat hire , not bad prices but still on the $ a bit imo.
Allnuts did hire for $30 an hour / 2 hours minimum , and 6th and 10th hours free if you go that long.

Cheers , Rick.
