Post by Leronzia » Wed Jan 01, 2020 8:34 pm

Location: Mordialloc Pier
Time: 3:45-7pm
Weather: 25 degrees
Wind: came in towards 6pm quite strong affecting cast.
Bait: Pippies, Chicken, Pilchard
Rig: Paternoster and running

Hi All,

Had a crack a mordialloc, 1 hour in hooked 3 big banjos, thankfully all safely returned with help from newly bought net :)
Then towards the end small pinkies (2) and a leather jacket (25cm) which i didnt even know it was on the hook.

All in all nice day to go out. Suprised no flatties.

Sounds like a nice day mate!
That little inlet next to the pier can fish well at times as well.
Cheers :tu:
