Yes mate he has caught many big snappers from the area you are talking about so well worth having a read through his snapper blog :)

I hope you have some method of bringing back the fish mate because it's a long walk back from that spot! Me and my mates have talked about this many times but luckily till now we have not had this problem because we have not landed a big one from there yet. Not sure what we are going to do if we do land a big one though lol

Its at the bottom of Potters hill road. Turn left at the end of the steps. If there is more than a metre swell hitting the beach dont attempt it.
