Cool...would've been nice to have the rod load up when you were expecting a little sweep bite. Well done getting it in.

Thought I'd add to this thread
So a week and a half ago me and my brother(Fishn104) decided to hit the Goulburn for some freshwater stuff. boy what a trip it was...straight into a ditch :rofl:
Started off quite slow with alot of bites but no hookups. I soon landed a small brown and my brother got this nice one
Kept walking down the river and found a very likely looking spot. From the first cast it was one after the other!
Ended up with 17 in total, kept 4 and released the rest. Most productive freshwater session so far :thumbsup:
