It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

Lures, went down to the local pier this morning before sunrise, to see if there was any early morning action. It was the lucky day for one salmon, that was the only one caught and because it was about half the size of the others, it was let go to grow bigger.

But I find they tasted alright, for a fish.
I fillet and skin them, then wack the fillets in a diy foil bag with lemon and butter bit of salt and pepper.
then wack it in the oven or on the bbq for about 10 -15 minutes lowish heat.
cheers cam
