Gunamatta tommorow

Post by Booya » Fri Apr 10, 2015 10:03 am

Thinking of jumping down gunamatta tommorow fish morning low tide, just wondering if anyone fished there recently. Are the salmon around?

The wind is not your friend tomorrow, although its light it will still be blowing right in your face, From what Carl has told me the salmon have been reasonably quiet but the ones that are around are pretty good size

Heaps of sand crabs as well keep checking your bait regularly if you're bait soaking.

You will never EVER see better conditions than the sunset session on Tuesday night.

I would never ever, say that. I've got a few pics around here, that you wouldn't believe is at Gunna.

If tomorrow is the only day you can get out for a fish, then the morning will be fine, with those conditions. 10knt and under 1m swell, not ideal, but certainly still fishable.

So any chance of a hookup with lures tomorrow, or would bait be better?

I'd still spin it.

The major issue with the wind is casting distance.
