Saw a school busting up along Safety Beach this morning at 9am. Well within casting distance also. Might have to wander down and flick some slugs around over the weekend(if it's not to crowded)

There's a school of them swimming up and downt he martha rocks, that seem to come on for about 5 minutes every hour or so if you happen to be casting a lure at that exact moment.

Decent sizes too.

Anyone had much luck lately around the piers? I saw three around Blairgowrie but they weren't particularly keen on the SP, though one did inquire about my red Harimitsu squid jig

Got one Saturday night on mordi pier- reckon we could have had more but the smaller pinkies kept jumping on.
