caught a heap round the 2-3kg mark 50-60cm intermingled with kingies out off haycock point merimbula on poppers.

got my PB last week at 47cm, eastern beach lakes entrance. pretty happy, but it looks like a minnow compared to some of these posted

3.9kg was the biggest, almost 200 between 3 of us in 2 hours at mallacoota. All but 5 released.

i got him on a whole pilchard fished from the shore. funny thing was i threw him back in and rigged up another whole pilchard and after another 20mins or so i reeled the piclchard in only to find something had chomped half of it off and just missed the hook. i reckon he came back for seconds!
