Fishing Kaki from Singapore

Hi All, I am Malaysian working in Singapore and have most of my family in Melbourne.
I have spend a few years in melbourne during my school days but only fish here for roughly 2 hours. When my school mate trying to sell me his fishing setup near footscray with a bag of frozen peeled prawn.
I do boat fishing, mostly. In Singapore, we charter small boat to fish around the island. Usually day trip. Once a year, will fish a few days on board oversea.
I also do a bit of prawning (pole fishing for river prawn in a man made pool/ tank). Surf fishing, cooking and eating the catch.
