Keen to go fishing

Hi, and thank you for reading my profile.
My name is Terry, I am in my 50's and I am extremely keen to find a fishing buddy (or buddies) who can take me out on their boat around Melbourne's surrounding waters. I have been a resident of Bayside for most of my life.
I am quite fit and more than happy to contribute with the workload and costs of our outing. I feel I have all the fishing tackle necessary.
Although I have so much to learn about fishing/boating I can confidently say that on just about every occasion I have had the pleasure to acompany a friend on an outing I have been the "luckiest" angler on the boat
.
I am a keen conversationalist and have an enthusiastic approach on many a topic.
I have had the honour of taking care of my recently departed beautiful mother whilst she was in my palliative care for the last few years and now looking to find a use for my spare time ... especially on weekends, and I cannot think of anything more pleasurable than fishing.
