Greetings!

Post by XalFish » Sat Nov 12, 2016 4:16 pm

Hi all!

I've found this forum to be a fantastic resource, so I thought I should join up and contribute :)

Melbourne based, most of my fishing experience has been freshwater (Eildon, Mulwala, Murray, etc) after Cod and Yellowbelly (and Murray Crays every year....). Also had a couple of trips to the top end chasing Barra. A trip last Nov. to Bemm River on the Bream got me thinking about salt water closer to home, and I've just recently acquired a Daiwa Lateo (9'6") and Luvias to experiment with some lure fishing in the areas around Melbourne.

Cheers,
Xal

Welcome aboard! Look forward to your reports!
If I'm not fishing, I'd rather be fishing!
