These instructions from Brett's link are great. You can also do it for just this site which I recommend.
To be honest, all members will have to Clear their browser's cache now if you want to view the latest version of the site.
I've actually only just finished the update literally now at 10pm Wednesday 13th Feb 2019 :thumbsup:
It's always been this way with site updates.
It should all be good now.
