Inverloch to cape patterson

Has anyone here ever attempted to fish off the rocks between Inverloch and Cape Pat? Around Eagles Nest area? Drove past today, looks a likely spot on low tide, really reefy although snaggy. Would love to hear some opinions if possible.

I'm not sure where it is but there is a marine sanctuary around those parts.
The inlet at inverloch is good for a bit of fun but a fair bit of weed.
