ANGLESEA OFF THE SURF

Heading anglesea this weekend lads, keen on getting the 12footers out and hitting the surf, anybody tried/had any luck down this way ? Haven't had much to do with this area so could go either way

Should start to get salmon down there soon using blue bait and berley! Good luck

Thanks pal !
Only heard of fishing within 1km either side of the mouth ? Are these the only spots worth a try ?

Its a criminal offence to fish much further east of that, which is frustrating given the beach and rock fishing was very productive. Never bothered elsewhere personally.

You could try around at point Roadknight.Off the rocks there over the low seems popular
