Original Melbourne Fish & Chip Batter

Post by Ant2014 » Mon Jan 20, 2014 5:32 pm

I'm looking for the original batter recipy they use in Melbourne fish and chip shops. I hate the crispy batter or any batter with a twist.

Does anyone know the recipy?

Cheers

Supermarket, on shelf below herbs and spices look for packets of batter, check out "Mrs Mack's", mix with water for plain batter, or beer for beer batter, lemonade for banana fritters. Seriously can't make/find anything better if you do it right...
My hobbies are fishing and golf, I guess I just like frustration..
