Where do you get the 3kg buckets
Yeah Tac, a mate of my Brother in-law's, who owns (partner) in a Wholesale Business who sells/deals with Supermarket chains.

Top bloke and he helps out family and friends by selling through him to family and friends. The Brother in-law gathers our requests and buys it in one hit, so as not to disrupt Pete's Business.

My mate Don has "requisitioned" the empty yellow buckets for his Jetty Kart for bait/paraphernalia buckets. He has gone with a Green-Yellow colour scheme.

Pete has this stuff that we also get , , , , BBQ Prov & Chicken Seasoning , , , , two great general purpose seasonings. We use it for BBQs, Roasts, Soups etc etc. It is the two main seasonings we use.

I use this on calamari. Just put some in a plastic container, throw the squid rings in and shake the hell out of it until the rings are coated then fry them, squeeze some lemon juice over them and dip them in tartare sauce. It's the quickest and most efficient method I've found of getting the squid inside me, especially if I bring it home at night and can't wait until the morning to eat it.
