Luderick "Sashimi"anyone?

Made this sashimi with freshly caught ludericks from Barwon Heads.
Wrap the sashimi in wet rice paper with fresh salad & herbs then enjoy with a spicy dipping sauce. Yum.

looks like a vietnamese cuisine to me specially when you mentioned rice paper. :Dribble:

You are correct FC. It is a Vietnamese dish.

looks great. I would be interested to see how Luderick sashimi compares to Silver Trevally sashimi? (which is delicious!)

Have not try silver trevelly sashimi yet, but I imagine it would be just as delicious. Had bream & snapper sashimi before, both yummy also.
