Luderick "Sashimi"anyone?
Made this sashimi with freshly caught ludericks from Barwon Heads.
Wrap the sashimi in wet rice paper with fresh salad & herbs then enjoy with a spicy dipping sauce. Yum.

looks great. I would be interested to see how Luderick sashimi compares to Silver Trevally sashimi? (which is delicious!)

Have not try silver trevelly sashimi yet, but I imagine it would be just as delicious. Had bream & snapper sashimi before, both yummy also.fishingvic wrote:looks great. I would be interested to see how Luderick sashimi compares to Silver Trevally sashimi? (which is delicious!)
