Prepping up a some of yesterday's catch, have half the rings saved for a Thai salad tonight, the other half crumbed with chips for lunch and the two tubes saved too stuff with risotto for dinner tomorrow

Lol all your dishes are awesome I usually just fry my Flathead in flour with some lemon or Flathead on the barbie

Ducked out for about 2.5 hours this morning. Made a snapper pie. Creamy Leek, fennel and dill. It was really yummy. Will make again.

Thanks mate. Mrs asked me to cook it for her, was surprised how good it tasted. It's definitely going into the rotation
