Barbequed salt & pepper Calamari with a chili sambal

I have never tried Sashimi, dunno if I could ever. My food has to be cooked, even if it just hits the pan for a second

Sashimi is awesome i definitely recommend it! I have eaten salmon, kingfish, tuna & i think the swordfish all raw, its perfect with a bit of soy sauce.

I remember a couple of years back when we caught Bluefin down at Portland....when i was cleaning the Tuna at home i would cut a piece off and eat it haha.....couldn't get much fresher then that.

I highly recommend it also :) most fish caught and fresh, sashimi with some soy sauce and a bit of wasabi is the way to go :)
