The King of Tacos

KGW Tacos
Dust the fillets skin on, in a freezer bag with a satchel of Taco seasoning. Lay them skin down on a non-stick tray greased with a little olive oil. Top with a dob of butter and black pepper then bake @ 180C for 5-10 min, be careful not over cook and dry them out.

Serve with your favourite fillings and enjoy!
