Silver trev's are pretty horrible, but id you take time to cut off the dark meat, it's passable. Makes good sushi though

Smoked anchovies are pretty good.
Tried those Wirra cod.

Wrasse are very popular with chinese and very popular in WA, a prized catch in WA.
They steam them with the flesh being so soft baked or pan fried fillets they loose all the moisture just fall to pieces.

I tried them steamed and it was pretty good.

There’s a bunch of members of the wrasse family they catch in warmer waters that are very highly regarded, tusk fish and the like.
