Pippie and long shank hooks always did the trick for me when I fished for them

We yse to get them drifting reefs at bermagui on same paganoster rig we get everything else lol

Lx, They can be good at stealing the pippie though. I used to use one of those bait socks, if the sock is tied tight enough the pippie bulges through the gaps, the Leatherjacket can nip bits of pippie but the sock and most the pippie stays in tact for a while :thumbsup:
