what is this? caught it going for gummys. silly bugger didn't want to let go off the squid that's how I caught him haha :banana:

was thick as a permit marker if that helps. oh I put him back in the water safe and sound Incase anyone is wondering

"Scolecenchelys breviceps" aka shorthead worm eel. Theyre everywhere in port phillip bay and Corio bay and they love squid. Usualy makes a big mess of your rig and twist n twirl like a washing machine. Mistaken for sea snakes sometimes too by many

i caught one recently as well at stockyard hahaha i thought it was a sea snake, lol
