The wrasse is a female blue throat wrasses. They are a hermaphrodite: meaning they can change sex. Like barramundi they are all born the same. With blue throat wrasse the biggest female turns into male and rules a hareum.

Yeah right, that's interesting! Only just started getting right into salt water fishing so there's been a few caught and not known what they are.. but thanks mate. Good to know!
