Ive fished off flinders many times before. Never caught this before.

Yep, black-banded sea perch...

I've caught quite a few of them off Cape Woolamai.

The first time I saw one I was amazed - I thought it was some sort of tropical fish that was lost!

Thanks guys. Caught him in 109 ft of water whilst drifting. Put him back to swim another day.
