If it lives in the ocean there's a fair chance something eats them
What the best way to hook them onto the line?
Gummies will eat them but I'd prefer trevally yakkas or slimies
Thanks.

IF I decide to use parrot as live bait do I remove the sinker and let it run around on the hook? :-D

I would use it as a dead chunk bait.

If you were going to fish it as a livey, pin it through the back. However really no need for it. What are you expecting to catch?

I would use it as a dead chunk bait but in all honesty I would let him go to fight another day. There is a 5 bag limit for a reason and even though they are annoying so are flatties and they got raped and pillaged and now look at them. Hardly a keeper out there.
Species Comp 16/17

Salt: KGW 36cm - Squid 35cm - Salmon 22cm - Flathead 34cm - EP 35cm - Total Salt 162cm

Fresh: Carp 55cm - Total Fresh 55cm

TOTAL : 217cm

If I used it for live bait what larger fish can be caught on Parrot?

Would a snapper bite this pest and have a feed?

I wouldnt think a snapper would take a whole love bait. You may be a chance for a jewie or a schoolie but again, Yakkas / Slimey / Mullets are a better option imo

What sort of berley could you use to attract larger fish and hopefully the Parrot/Wrasse fish move on?
