if i can add my opinion, it would be this...if you are to cut across parts that you know are low at low tides, when water is high enough, tilt motor up and go fast, dont stop, even if sounder says its very low, when you slow down the hull will be deeper in the water and more chance to get stuck , i cut from tooradin across to bouchiers and lyals at high tide, 1hr either side of high, if im abit out with timing, i will take the long way without a 2nd thought,
