All fish caught on San Remo side of reef island in 3m of water pippies accounted for all whiting bar 2 which were caught on squid, leather jacket pinkie and rock flatty all on squid.
Get out there have fun and get a feed

Mate nothing goes to waste I give some to my neighbours and to others in my family I released a lot more whiting and leather jacket then I kept, I don't waste any fish if I don't eat it or use it for bait I don't keep it

Re: Reef island
Yeah, this is the big problem with FB groups. Too many greenies knocking people for keeping thier bags. if its legal it all good IMO. We have to trust fisheries to do the science.Larksy88 wrote:great bag! Re: Reef island
Realistically by the time you fillet and divide that haul it may feed 3 or 4 Neighbors families, as said before if it's within the bag limit for all the species then I don't see a problem.
I recon I could eat half a dozen of those whiting on my own ! mmmm
Top catch by the way
