boat accident phillip island

Launching the boat at rhyll this morning saw this boat tied up to the jetty windscreen all smashed and the boat full of sand anybody know what happened

Maybe it flipped on a sand bank?

I went into phillip island marine this morning and asked what happened apparently it was on a swing mooring off silverleaves during the storm sunday the boat got swamped and sank no body injured.
