im not so sure about me cooking for anyone, i think i just fluked this one, im more at home burning snags, wih my specialty being extra, extra extra well done steak!!!
but hey happy to give it a shot for the FV family.
the cooking comp is a great idea, ill be one of the judges :-D

This is the video i used to cook the chilli stir fry squid.
i didnt follow it 100%, just used what i had on hand. its quick and easy, but that didnt stop mine from looking very very different to what its meant to look like :rofl:
