Pilchards, Garfish, Berley, Whitebait, Fresh Squid, Tuna Oil, Chicken, etc

The fluoro tops they wear work great in muddy conditions

Thanks heaps everyone for your contribution.

I'll give the worms and cheese a go and see how it pans out.

One other question, do you normally run paternoster rigs or running sinkers?

As a rule when bait fishing in salt I always run the lightest sinker I can get away with... Same for freshwater?

Same as salt water as far as I know (I don't catch many freshwater fish though so treat my advice with the extremest of caution).

Running sinker or bubble float is my preference if u can go unweighted that's the go if not yes lightest sinker possible
