It's basically a fancy way of saying deslimed... It's more a convenience thing of being fairly clean out of the pack

Fillet, cut in half diagonally a 5cm long piece, pin once at the newly formed point of triangle, hopefully catch gummy

Cured eel might be a bit tougher maybe?

Anaconda in Marybrinong didn't have any.
Seems Mario's down on the point has some, so i'll drop in there when i go down and grab some.
