From my understanding it was taken on the outside of the salmon ponds that they have there , some very big fish due to the availability of plenty of food . Fantastic fish and would have been brilliant seeing it coming to the net . :water: :a_goodjob:

Cracking fish!!! Any way to work out if it's a pond escapee or a wild fish that's been gorging on pellets?

Great trout those canals hold a lot of good trout and not just next to the salmon ponds

not 100% sure but I think they only carry salmon in the canal farms.

yeah I'm pretty sure all the trout there are wild, it's only salmon that are farmed.
