CRUMBED AND DEEP FRIED TILAPIA

First you catch your Tilapia, then fillet, then egg and bread crumbs, cook until brown and serve - then enjoy with a glass of white wine!

Great tasting fish. Used to have them all the time when living in Brazil, pretty much a standard order when ordering 'fish and chips' which Brazilians have never heard of haha.

I'd order tilapia, then a side of chips every time. It was never on the menu. Aussies have it the right way I believe haha
