MORE TILAPIA
Fresh Tilapia on the menu again tonight. Where I was fishing were hundreds of frogs and I lost count of the number I caught! I guess frogs have to eat too! The Tilapia did not seem at all interested in eating them.

Nice catch, do they taste any good? I thought they were just an aquarium fish, well done

Re: MORE TILAPIA
Fresh Tilapia are great to eat with firm white flesh and are easy to fillet. My largest one in Zambia was a little over 3 kg and we catch several different varieties. Am unsure what the Tilapia in Oz taste like or where they come from but here we catch them in clear water and they are fine. They are better fresh than after being frozen.
