ZAMBIA FISHING

Post by Paulanderson » Sun Dec 06, 2015 5:07 am

A week back travelled for 5 hours to my favorite lake in Zambia to find where I usually fish below the spillway bone dry and the other outlet from the hydro station flowing very dark stinking water from the bottom of the lake. El Nino is doing bad things to Zambia as well as Oz. I then fished the lake for a zero! Today visited a local farm dam for 32 tilapia that I kept and a dozen or so babies released. No monsters but a few around 28 cm or so. Lots of fun, good eating and only 30 minutes drive!

Good work on the tilapia Paul, most of our Victorian water storages are below 50% now, not real good, cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them
