Williamsons Beach/ Wonthaggi Salmon fishing

Early Saturday morning Salmons were on the bite most of them are on 600g-900g when suddenly the resident Seal came and scared all the fish away. Caught only six of them and heaps of Mullets.

i hate it when the seals show up! ruins the day lol even when spearfishing we need to get out of their "area" but they follow us the pricks lol
PLENTY!! of FISH!! in the SEA!! but so little TIME!!!

Is the desalination plant on Williamsons beach and if so how has it effected the fishing down there?

Yeh the seal know how to brake up the party all right. I usually go Williams town at the back of the plant. Where do you go?

as far as i know the desal plant is not operating yet no aftermath at the moment
