I spent a lot of it wishing I'd thought to bring my game rod and a roll of 100lb wire trace.Marty.A wrote:Awesome pics and great report :good: not for me though unfortunately id be too scared about watching for Mr Whitey.

Mate you would probably end up in Tassie if you hooked one :rofl:4liters wrote:I spent a lot of it wishing I'd thought to bring my game rod and a roll of 100lb wire trace.Marty.A wrote:Awesome pics and great report :good: not for me though unfortunately id be too scared about watching for Mr Whitey.

Re: Cape Woolamai 2/3
I wouldn't want to hook a GWS, but a thresher or bronzie would be good fun on the yak. Makos I'm a bit iffy about having heard stories of them going absolutely apeshit next to (and in) boats.

Re: Cape Woolamai 2/3
Do you think you might be targeting a thresher or a bronzie from the yak in the future?

Re: Cape Woolamai 2/3
uh yeah. Like the next time I head offshore and I remember the game rod. Dunno how you target those specifically and avoid makos and gws though
